

Energy in Motion, LLC offers a variety of exercise classes for all levels of ability. Instructors are knowledgeable, experienced, and energetic and are committed to teaching safe yet effective classes for all participants. Classes are designed to be fun and invigorating as well as safe in accordance with guidelines from national certifying organizations. Participants will gain an improvement in cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility while having fun at the same time!

Depending on interest, classes may incorporate the use of tubing, therabands, stability balls, medicine balls, jump ropes, weighted bars and/or punching pads. Every class contains a 5-10 minute warm-up, a cardio workout and/or resistance training, an abdominal workout and a 5-minute stretching component.
