

Exercise and yoga sessions generally run every eight weeks with classes once
or twice per week. However, because personal preferences differ, specific
schedules and program details can be tailored to meet the needs of the participants
and/or organization. The payment structure can be based on per person or per
class arrangement.

Energy in Motion, LLC will provide promotional material to stimulate interest and participation. Working with the client in developing an effective means of promotion is very important to a successful program. The most common and effective promotion we use is a general flier, animated flier, or announcement that is delivered via e-mail to an entire building population. This material contains all the information about the program being offered. We have participated in various health fairs to help promote on-site wellness programs. Our participation has involved a range of activities such as an exercise demonstration, literature, or a presentation on a specific health topic. We also offer any of the one-hour wellness seminars for free as a way of introducing Energy in Motion, LLC and its programs to everyone.
